Facility & Activity fee – $35

Paid every 4-week session. Refundable if all classes are dropped. Mandatory for all in-person students and optional for online students.

Book fees – non-refundable – $30-90 per Intensive class

Deferral Fee – non-refundable – $100

ALPS will defer your I-20 program start date up to three times with your original application fee. After three deferrals, there is an administrative deferral fee of $100 for up to three additional deferrals.

Credit card surcharge – 3%

ALPS accepts payment via cash, check, Zelle, wire transfer, or credit/debit card. To cover the cost of credit card acceptance, we pass on a 3% credit card fee if you pay with a credit card. This fee is not more than the cost of accepting these cards. There is no fee for paying with Zelle, cash, debit cards, or other payment methods.
